North Western Waters Regional Advisory Council Administration

All administration of the NWWRAC is carried out by the Secretariat in the BIM offices in Dublin, Ireland.

NEW REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES AND FORM

Following the agreement reached at the Inaugural General Assembly of the NWWRAC, the 30th of September of 2005, the NWWRAC bases its reimbursement procedure on the European Commission one.

The updated guidelines for reimbursement were adopted together with the new form at the NWWRAC Annual General Assembly held in Dublin the 19th of November of 2008. 

The guidelines are detailed in the document "Updated Reimbursement System Guidelines" below.

Application for reimbursement

To claim for reimbursement please complete and return the new "Reimbursement Claims Form" attached below.

To ensure a swift and secure method of reimbursement, the new form must be completed and returned to the Secretariat by post.

A signed copy of the completed form should be submitted to the NWWRAC Secretariat attaching all documentation required (e.g. original hotel invoices, booking and payment confirmations of flight tickets, boarding passes, etc.) under the below described application procedure.
